Greek olive oil comes directly from the island of Lesbos, the third largest island in Greece with over 11 million olive trees. Many of these olive trees are centuries old and benefit from the island's unique mix of extensive farming and volcanic nutrients. Unlike on Crete or Kalamata, the olives are still picked by hand.

Our particularly healthy olive oils come from sustainable hand harvesting and are cold pressed by the traditional Tzortzi farming family in the fourth generation. This gentle mechanical processing preserves the natural flavor bouquet, the polyunsaturated fatty acids and valuable vitamins. Thanks to their high polyphenol content, our olive oils are known for their strong antioxidant effect and health benefits.

From the 2024 olive oil harvest, we also offer an exclusive green olive oil, which is pressed from 100% early ripe green olives. This specialty is characterized by a stronger, bitter note and contains even more polyphenols, which makes it particularly healthy. Production is limited and this exclusive oil is only available in our online shop in Switzerland.
